When you use Graphist, we collect information that you provide to us directly, such as your name, email address, and authentication tokens (e.g., OAuth tokens for GitHub). We also collect metadata about your repositories to perform AST parsing and architectural mapping.

Important: We do not store your source code permanently unless explicitly configured. We clone repositories transiently, parse them into abstract syntax trees (ASTs), and store only the structural metadata (triggers, actions, decisions, integrations) required for visualization and orchestration.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Graphist orchestration engine.
• Authenticate you and secure your account.
• Generate interactive C4 architecture diagrams.
• Communicate with you regarding updates, security alerts, and support messages.

3. Data Security

We implement enterprise-grade security measures. All OAuth tokens and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES encryption. Our Temporal workflow engine and database instances are securely isolated within virtual private networks.
