You can try the Developer/Team plan completely free for 14 days. No credit card is required to sign up. You will get full access to all features under the plan, and you can cancel anytime. If you choose to continue after 14 days, your billing cycle will begin automatically.

If a recurring payment fails, we provide a 7-day payment failure grace period. During this period, you will retain full access to all your plan features. We will attempt to process the payment automatically, and notify you to update your card details. If payment is not cleared by the end of the 7-day period, the workspace subscription status will fall back to the Free plan limits.

Each plan includes a specific number of free LLM tokens per month. If your usage exceeds the plan's quota limit, overages are tracked in real-time. Overage charges are billed at a flat rate (e.g. $0.02 per 1,000 tokens) converted to your local currency. These overage charges are compiled and invoiced automatically at the end of the billing period as a subscription add-on.

No, Graphist does not store your source code. We perform a temporary shallow clone of your repositories inside a secure environment to run Tree-sitter AST parsing. Once the architecture and topological data are indexed to our database, the cloned repository files are deleted immediately.
